2. MAKING AN ORDER
You can place an order for Goods (an "Order") by:
4.3 Please allow up to 28 days for delivery - unless You opt for an enhanced delivery service at checkout (e.g. Fed Ex delivery), or specify delivery by a particular date via the 'Message to Merchant' option on Our website, or notify Us by email. If the delivery period is likely to be longer than 30 days from the date of Your Order, We will notify You as soon as possible, and You will have the right to cancel Your Order. If You exercise this right to cancel, You will receive a full refund within 14 days of doing so.
4.4 Delivery is made by Royal Mail on a non-signature basis, unless You have selected an appropriate parcel carrier at point of checkout, to the delivery address provided. Relevant delivery conditions will apply.
5.2.1 You may cancel Your Order for any reason before delivery or within 14 days after the date of delivery. The Goods must be unused, as new, in saleable condition and returned in their original packaging, wherever possible. 5.2.2. EXEMPTIONS - There are some circumstances where the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not give You right to cancel. These include, CDs, DVDs and software where You have broken the seal on the wrapping, perishable items, tailor-made or personalised items (e.g. robes or cloaks).
5.2.5 We recommend You use a signed for delivery service to ensure safe return of the Goods.
5.2.6 A deduction in refund can be made if the value of the Goods has been reduced as a result of You handling the Goods more than was necessary. The extent to which the Customer can handle the Goods is the same as it would be if You were assessing them in a shop.
5.3 FAULTY GOODS - If any Goods You purchase are faulty, We may offer an exchange or refund, as appropriate. This does not affect Your legal rights. We may delay delivery, cancel the Agreement or reduce the volume of Goods ordered by You (without liability to You) if We are prevented from or delayed in carrying on our business due to circumstances beyond Our reasonable control.
6.1. Each of Your or Our rights or remedies under this Agreement is without prejudice to any other of Your or Our rights or remedies.
7.1 The Company collects and stores information about You to allow Us to process and fulfill Your Order. We will collect and store any personal data that You may volunteer whilst using Our services. Your personal data collected by Our website is used to:
7.1.1 Take and fulfil Customer Orders;
7.1.2 Administer and enhance the site and service.
7.3 The type of information We collect will include:
7.3.1. Your title and name;
7.3.2 Your address;
7.3.3 Your contact telephone number(s);
7.3.4 Your email address;
7.3.5 Your Order and payment details.
7.3.6 Your payment details will be purged from Our system once Your payment has been processed.
7.4 The Company does not disclose Your information to third parties, other than when Order details are processed as part of the Order fulfilment, for goods delivery purposes. We will only contact You to acknowledge Your Order, if Goods are unavailable, or in response to Your request.
7.5 Cookies are used on this shopping site where they are strictly necessary for the site functionality. They are used to aid navigation, and to keep track of the contents of Your shopping basket.
